Much like Anne Shirley Cuthbert, 'I'm so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers' and this October wasn't holding back. With a highly visible Aurora, a Hunter's Moon, rainbows and starry skies, autumnal walks to catch the leaves turning AND a murmuration of pigeons, Mother Nature has been on full form in Bridgnorth and I really got to reap the rewards of taking my camera out and about with me to be able to photograph the things I usually kick myself for missing. Sometimes viewing the world through y camera phone can feel like I’m missing out on the experience, but there’s something about shooting on my DSLR, knowing a moment has to be truly special for me to want to get it out and set it up, and at the end of a month having a collection of things that made me pause and appreciate what I witnessed, is such a special gift.
